The highlight detection is okay overall. It does catch some solid moments, but compared to other tools I’ve used, it feels a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it nails a good clip, and other times it skips over something that seems really obvious.

I tried editing my clips and felt boxed in. There just aren’t enough options to make the changes I wanted. It also gave me the impression that the better tools might be locked behind some extra fee or upgrade, which is kind of frustrating

The tool itself was fine, but managing the subscription was more annoying than I expected. I have a low tolerance for billing pages that make you second-guess what’s happening, and this one definitely did that. I was trying to cancel or change my plan, and it took way more clicks than it should have. Even after I submitted it, I wasn’t totally sure it had gone through. Support did get back to me eventually, but not as quickly as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but for me, it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t subscribe again.

The clips themselves are fine, but the captions miss so much that it gets annoying fast. It seems like every name and every gaming word comes out wrong, so I end up fixing a bunch of stuff anyway. At that point, it kind of feels like the whole feature isn’t saving me any time. Hopefully they get it sorted out.

I tried using eklipse.gg to make a few simple clips, and the processing time was ridiculous. It wasn’t even a long video, but it just dragged on forever, and half the time it felt like the site was doing nothing with no proper update or explanation.
this is on them. If you’re offering a clip-making tool, basic processing shouldn’t take ages. Maybe other people had better luck, but for me it was a complete waste of time. I’m not waiting around forever for simple edits. 1 star.

I tried using eklipse.gg for a few of my stream clips, and the audio was out of sync almost every single time. My voice would come in late, and the game sounds didn’t match what was actually happening on screen, which made the whole clip feel awkward.
I kept re-uploading and testing different clips like I was supposed to just sit there and be patient with it, but it got annoying fast. After wasting enough time waiting and trying again, the videos still looked cheap, so I gave up...

The app is fine until you realize you can’t remove the branding unless you pay extra. It kind of ruins the clips for me.

It’s worth it for the clips I needed it for. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and the price feels fair.

Some of the templates are nice, but after using a few, they start to feel weirdly identical and I’m like, okay, have I seen this exact vibe 400 times already? It works totally fine for quick clips, so no disaster there, but I really wish there were more styles to pick from

I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong or just having bad luck, but I couldn’t even get through setting up my account. It felt way more confusing than it should have, and I ended up stuck before I could actually use anything.

The site loads really slowly and keeps freezing or crashing on me way too often. It feels like an avoidable issue that makes using it frustrating.

I gave the free plan a try, but i hit the limits almost immediately. I barely had time to figure out whether it was useful before it started nudging me to upgrade, which felt annoying. I already get tired of automated systems constantly pushing prompts and upsells, so this just rubbed me the wrong way. Not really for me

I tried linking my Twitch and YouTube, it felt like the system just did not want it to happen. It kept failing, randomly disconnecting, and my clips wouldn’t sync right. I had to keep logging back in like some invisible hand was kicking me out every time I got close. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me the whole platform integration felt like a glitchy little setup designed to waste my time.

Honestly , the import feature has been frustrating for me . My streams fail to import way more often than they should , and even when they do go through , it takes forever . It is just kind of annoying to deal with .

The tool is easy to use, which I appreciate!! But for me, the download quality just hasn’t been great. The clips look fine in the preview, then after saving they come out kind of blurry or pixelated. I tried a few different times and got the same result. It works, but the final quality wasn’t really what I expected

I’m fed up with this. The export feature barely works, and it feels like whoever built it just didn’t bother making sure it was reliable. I’ve wasted way too much time trying to export simple files, only for it to fail over and over again.
